Middle School
Our middle school is where students deepen their knowledge, sharpen their critical thinking, and expand their view of the world. Rooted in a bilingual and bicultural framework, the program invites learners to approach subjects through both Italian and American perspectives, cultivating intellectual maturity alongside cultural awareness.
Our middle school curriculum that balances academic rigor with personal exploration. Core subjects include English, Italian, Mathematics, Latin, Philosophy, World History, Geography, IT & Design, Individuals & Societies, Physical Education, Music, and Visual Arts.
For students needing additional support, specialized courses in English as a New Language (ENL) and Italian as a New Language (INL) are also available.
Students also select from a wide range of electives, with enrichment projects and cultural collaborations to complement the academic program and encourage students to collaborate, lead, and apply their knowledge in meaningful contexts.

In recognition of this important stage, La Scuola d’Italia is proud to partner with the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) to offer the Ernest L. Pellegri La Scuola d’Italia Scholarship, available to applicants entering Grades 8 and 9.
We invite you to book a visit and experience the preschool program at La Scuola d’Italia firsthand.
